Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Received the wrong item

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

How to request an exchange:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the exchange

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.


Return Policy

We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Certain items (e.g., final sale or custom items) cannot be returned this will be stated on the product page.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos (if needed)


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount if not prepaid by the customer.

Good news!
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (original delivery) are non-refundable

  • Refunds are only processed once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition

  • We cannot issue refunds for items returned after 14 days from delivery


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Items returned in worn or damaged condition (unless faulty upon delivery)


Return Shipping Address

Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions via email.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
