Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping: £7.99 (applies to all orders under £200, worldwide)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £200 are eligible for free standard shipping to all countries we serve.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been processed or shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.
If you haven’t received shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us.


Delayed / Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost/stolen parcels after delivery confirmation

However, we are always happy to assist and support in resolving delivery issues.
